I've always felt a belonging to two worlds, not exactly a foreigner of one country, but not exactly a citizen of another. I was born in Canada, but raised by immigrant parents among the tight-knit Ukrainian diaspora. Canada is home to over 1.2 million Ukrainians. This project is a diary exploring what it means to be Ukrainian and what happens to a culture displaced from its land - exploring that soul, relationship to people, to religion, to family and to tradition through our shared stories.
